This notice explains what information is collected, why it is collected, how it is used, who it may be shared with, how it is protected, and what rights data subjects have.

Voluntary or mandatory supply

These measures include access control, secure devices, MFA where appropriate, reputable cloud platforms, limited access to business data, and disciplined data-handling practice.
Direct marketing
Pivot Technology should use personal information for direct marketing only where consent has been given or where another lawful basis exists. Marketing opt-in should always be separate from service enquiry consent and every marketing message should include a clear opt-out route.
